RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note, by purchasing from Mirali you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.

Refunds and Returns:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please select the product according to the size and not the age category as it may not always be the same. Also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same as in the actual product.

We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged. In this event, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Mirali warehouse. Shipping costs for the replaced piece will be borne by Mirali.

Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR THE RETURN COURIER PICK UP FACILITY.

Returns:
In the case of International Shipping, we do not take any returns/exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:

The order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the moment of purchase. The refund for the same will be done to the bank account you transferred money from.
