Your order is considered an "offer," subject to the terms and conditions below. The miraliclothing.com website reserves the right to accept or reject your offer without providing any reason.

Color Discrepancy: While we strive to display product colors on the site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee your monitor's accurate representation.
Customer Age Requirement: The User certifies being at least 18 (eighteen) years old or having the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Non-liability Clauses: Mirali is not responsible for any user damage resulting from service use, including but not limited to delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by vendor acts/omissions.
Order Fulfillment: RAOUI Apparels Private Ltd. takes responsibility for shipped orders to cities using "Private Courier Companies" (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Smartr) servicing your pincode.
Changes in Price and Stock Availability: Prices and product availability may change without prior notice at RAOUI Apparels Private Ltd.'s sole discretion.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted if the order hasn't been dispatched.
Incorrect Pricing: RAOUI Apparels Private Ltd. reserves the right to refuse/cancel orders for products listed at an incorrect price, with refunds issued.
Delayed Delivery: If non-delivery or late delivery results from User mistakes, any extra costs for re-delivery will be claimed.
Customer Information: Users must provide accurate information, subject to validation by RAOUI Apparels Private Ltd., which reserves the right to reject registration and restrict miraliclothing.com services.
Third-party Fraud: RAOUI Apparels Private Ltd. is not liable for credit card fraud. Users are responsible, and the burden to 'prove otherwise' rests solely on the user.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: This agreement follows applicable Indian laws, and exclusive jurisdiction for any proceedings arising from this agreement lies with the courts at Tamil Nadu.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please note, that by purchasing from Mirali you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.
Refunds and Returns:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please select the product according to the size and not the age category as it may not always be the same. Also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same as in the actual product.
We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged. In this event, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Mirali warehouse. Shipping costs for the replaced piece will be borne by Mirali.
Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR THE RETURN COURIER PICK-UP FACILITY.
Returns:
In the case of International Shipping, we do not take any returns/exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
The order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the moment of purchase. The refund for the same will be done to the bank account you transferred money from.
Cash On Delivery:
Returns for orders made with cash on delivery are not accepted. We kindly request you to confirm the size specifications with our team through Instagram, email, or WhatsApp before proceeding with your order, in the event of any doubts.
Upon placing your cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation message. Failure to respond to this message may result in the cancellation of your order.
